The Crystal we will be working with in this month’s workshop’s = Sodalite “The balance of head and heart”.
We will be doing a special meditation with this crystal, opening & clearing all our chakra’s and then concentrating our Throat chakra (main chakra for this crystal) linking the heart to the throat and then our third eye to understand, speak and see your life with new gratitude, love and abundance.
It has been said that the longest distance you will ever travel is the journey from your head to your heart. This is the gift of Sodalite. It clears up mental confusion and reestablishes inner peace. Sodalite strengthens the power of mind over body and bridges the gap between your thoughts and your feelings.
Sodalite installs confidence of thought and self expression allowing flow more easily, calms the mind and eases communication. This expression is not limited to speech and can include the artistic, physical and psychic expression. Calms the mind, clears fears, removes doubt and ends thought circles, releasing the mind from its self. It can aid sleep, meditation & writing. Also provides access to deeper levels of thought as it helps the mind probe the heart and nurture emotional pains.
Sodalite is an excellent stone to enhance all communication skills.
