In last Saturday’s wonderful workshop the Crystal Sodalite and Sunflower Seeds were our focus and with these came the idea of our life as a seed, for new wishes and a new outlook on a particular area of our life.
From one sunflower many seeds are generated fertilizing the earth with many more sunflowers, travelling with the breeze, feeding animals and humans with its energy = All the time you are sending signals, messages to the universe, to your reality and these messages can be the seeds for great growth and experiences.
We meditated on each chakra and the endless possibility’s we can create with our life’s, and how your thoughts and feelings shape our present reality.
