I am very pleased to be offering a free weekly meditation every Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm at the Happiness Centre, Ilkley
with a fortnightly workshop following afterwards at the Happiness Centre, Ilkley (details below) starting at 7.45pm - 9.30pm on the 2nd, 16th & 30th of May
and the following 4 new workshops at the Physis Centre, Adel, Leeds

This workshop will be all about growing from your heart centre, activating your light body and attuning to higher frequencies.
We will work with a different Archangel and Crystal every month, exploring new connections, insights, wishes, healing and energy.
Exploring our 13 Chakra’s (7 Physical & 4 Etheric) Body System including the Soul Star and Higher Heart Chakra.
All will experience Reiki & Crystal Singing Bowl Healing, learning new techniques with these powerful energies.
There will also be a guided meditation developing our bodies healing energies, our chakra system, connecting you to mother earth and your light body.
